Hello:
When you are in a ticket you are unable to tab to and press enter on the "more" button just to the right of "edit". If you click on it with a mouse you can then tab through the options. I am a totally blind user that uses a screen reader to use os-ticket. Being able to tab to and press enter on this button is a must. It is also not labeled in such a way that a screen reader can find it.
I have no problem editing a file to make this happen if someone can tell me what file and where to edit.
