Borrar ticket y departamentos de prueba

En que tabla puedo borrar los tickets de prueba creados y las estadisticas por departamento, agente, etc.

You would delete the tickets using the delete option in the UI.

Then you could clear the THREAD & THREAD_EVENT tables.

Side note: To completely restart you could also clean out the cdata tables, search table, and form tables (form, form_field, form_entry, form_entry_values), all the thread tables.

Dear, the table that tells me does not exist, therefore I cannot eliminate the tickets that were made in the test, in which other table should I work? Thanks

Look at your table lists again.
Since I do not know what your table prefix_ is that it wasn't included in the table names.
