Hello everyone,

I upgraded my Osticket to the newest version v1.14.3.
Now I get errors when emails are being fetched.

osTicket is having trouble fetching emails from the following mail account:

User: support
Host: ****
Error: Server disables LOGIN, no recognized SASL authenticator

8 consecutive errors. Maximum of 5 allowed

This could be connection issues related to the mail server. Next delayed login attempt in aprox. 10 minutes

Before the upgrade everything was running fine. My version before the upgrade was v1.10.x

Update and Solved:

I changed the port to 993 it was on 143.
I changed also the Mail Box Protocol to IMAP+SSL it was on IMAP
