I have already Office 365 Email integrated with OsTicket, but my users are in Office 365, I need they can be authenticated by OSticket with Office 365, Is that possible? My Osticket Version is: 1.14.2
I haven't done it, but I assume you could just sync your AD w/ a DC on prem and point your osTicket to that.
Someone smarter than me may have a better suggestion.
Do you have a O365 Azure AD server? If yes then yes.
Do you have a local AD server? Then they can auth against that.
Otherwise I would say not at this time.

Hi, I have the same question here. I am using Office 365 Azure AD, no sync with local AD. Can we have the integration for users to login? If yes what is the procedure because currently I only have LDAP or local user for registration. Thanks
