Saludos, recientemente migre a la nueva versión de osTicket, lo mismo hice con el servidor y BD, pero no se por que aparece este error al cerrar un ticket, la única forma es forzando el cierre.

Agradezco su ayuda.

Lo único que me falta por probar es haciendo una reinstalación desde cero y después migrar la base de datos.

If you are looking to re-install from scratch then you would drop the database.
Then re-create it. Or create a new database and when you run the installer tell it the new database.

    To migrate data to a new DB you simply export it from the old DB and import it into the new one.

    You do not have a lock... It says you need one.
    If ther esystem is not capable of making a lock then there is likely a problem with your timezone settings some where.
    You should check timezone settings everywhere:

    • PHP
    • osTicket
    • the database

      The ticket systems timezone is at:
      Admin panel -> Settings -> System
      Default Time Zone.

      ntozier, u have the same issue. When i try to save a ticket the systems says "Esta acción requiere un bloqueo. ¡Inténtalo de nuevo! "
