Hi,
I've got some tickets being created by spammers through "Support Portal", don't know what's that or how they do it, I guess it might be the front end, but I have it deactivated, I have only OsTicket to work by email fetching and disabled users registration or ticket creation by users.
Can someone tell me how to stop this?

    You should be filtering the spammers at email security, osticket just going to create a ticket that ends up in your Inbox

    Also, make sure you unchecked the "Header Spoofing"
