mathanmaddy Most likely it's your PHP version, you might want to downgrade to 7.3, see Requirements: https://osticket.com/download/ HTTP server running Microsoft® IIS or Apache, PHP version 5.6-7.3 (7.3 recommended), MySQL database version 5.5
The screen shot shows that you are running 1.14.2. The error reports that it doesn't have to do anything because you are already running 1.14.2. Are you sure that you downloaded 1.14.3 and uploaded it to the right spot in your web tree?
