Most likely it's your PHP version, you might want to downgrade to 7.3, see

The screen shot shows that you are running 1.14.2.
The error reports that it doesn't have to do anything because you are already running 1.14.2.
Are you sure that you downloaded 1.14.3 and uploaded it to the right spot in your web tree?
