Hello

Is it possible to add an 'Other' option to a choices field so that free text can be entered when the pre-defined options aren't appropriate? If not, perhaps it's possible to set up conditional fields so that a separate 'Short Answer' field appears when 'Other' is selected?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

This is not a feature in osTicket at this time. Also if the decision is more than two option, ie something like: [ ] Yes [ ] No
Then you should probably be using a list.
