Is there a possibility to hide all the activity log on the tickets for the user? I'd like to have the tickets as much clean for users as possible, otherwise it could get so crowded and difficult for users to interpret on complex and long ticket threads

The system does not show all activity to the user. It does show created, close, reopened.

ook, so doesn't show the transfers and so? then it's ok if it's like that thanks for the help
