After upgrade to latest ver 1.14.3
whenever logging into agent panel or switching from admin to agent keep getting the message and automatically logging out some times in 2-5 sec sometimes 10 sec or 1 min. and got the message Session timed out due to inactivity

also the default time zone not getting change
the selected time zone is Asia/Kolkata but keep remain on Asia/Jerusalem.

unable to add any collaborator or modify in any customer account keep remain on a blank page

performance to slow for the agent

switching from admin to agent? /looks confused.

osTicket has Users (customers) and Agents (employees/contractors/etc.)
