OS- Windows Server 2016 (i am using XAMPP on it).

My Query:
There is not email sent, whenever I close or resolve the ticket.
it should be mandatory to sent the mail on closer or resolve ticket to the ticker owner.
Please help me on this, And let me know if there is any configuration for the same.

There is no close notification in osTicket.

Your agents would need to write one or you could make a canned response that they select when closing a ticket.

    So is there any chance that this functionality will implement on osTicket in future.

    This is open source, anyone is free to modify the code and add this sort of thing and make a pull request against the project on github.
