OS- Windows Server 2016 (i am using XAMPP on it).
My Query:
There is not email sent, whenever I close or resolve the ticket.
it should be mandatory to sent the mail on closer or resolve ticket to the ticker owner.
Please help me on this, And let me know if there is any configuration for the same.
