authentication failure SMTP server does not support authentication office365

I need help to send smtp mails office 365.
I tried with thunderbird, it was ok.
osTicket get an error:

authentication failure [SMTP: SMTP server does not support authentication (code: 250, response: xxx.outlook.office365.com Hello [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] SIZE 157286400 PIPELINING DSN ENHANCEDSTATUSCODES STARTTLS 8BITMIME BINARYMIME CHUNKING SMTPUTF8)]

This works on my production sites with o365.

Just the latest version of all: Windows 10, PHP, osTicket,...

Today I got the next error to start osTicket, it wont open. So I cant show you the buddy list of it.

Yesterday it worked... 🙁
