Hello,
we want to start with osTicket. However, we have some customers who do not have an e-mail address. If an agent now has to create a ticket for such a customer, then we have a problem.
The E-Mail Address field is a mandatory field for agents. I also have no possibility to change this in the appropriate form.
We use version 1.14.3

Users are required to have email addresses.
There is currently no way around this.
You could always give them a fake (non-routable email address)

You can... but that will mess up the name on who opened the ticket. You are better off giving each user a unique faux email.
