Hello, is there any way to send answer straiht to user ticket report(where user check status of ticket) not to user mail? Not many of our user have email(yea, they lazy), we use ldap auth.
send message to ticket report not to mail.
I just have idea to add new field and change it then needed to answer, but may be it have another way?

You will need to edit your user at the database level and give them an email address.
