My users can open their own tickets using a webform.
My agents can also open tickets for the same users in the agent area.
These tickets can be assigned to other agents.
Looking at the ticket thread I can see "created by" and the "opening-agents" name. In the header I can see the user and the assigned agent.
I cannot find the field for the "opening-agent" when selecting columns in the ticket queue creation screen. Can someone suggest where I might find this, please?
