After upgrade to 1.14 I cannot see the new features

After upgrade to 1.14 I cannot see the new features in the video "What's New in osTicket Version 1.14?" on youtube

Please Help I have upgraded to the latest version and I see up to date label, but I cannot see any of the new features. Anyone can tell me how to get new features.
What I did:
1-Backed up WWW folder and db
2- paste the upload folder content on the www folder content restored the ost-config.php file inside includes.
3- Run the system and it started the upgrade with correct signs everywhere.
4- It was successfully upgraded.

Go to Admin panel -> Agents -> Agents
Click on your Agent account. Note what Role it has assigned.

Go to Admin panel -> Agents -> Roles
Click on your Role.
Ensure that the features are enabled for your Role. (Merge and Link)
