Hi all,
I have recently set up osTicket for my department and it's working great so far.
My only concern is that the message the system sends the user informing of a ticket closure is just a regular 'new comment' alert which does not give enough information and might make the user overlook a, for example, erroneous ticket closure and prevent him from acting promptly. I know I can modify the message body and add the ticket status there, which is what i have done, but what I'd like is the user to see, just by having a quick look at his inbox and without having to enter into every osticket system message, if a ticket has been closed.
So is there a way I can add a new template message for this kind of closure alerts?
Cheers!
Fred.
