Hi,

this program is great but it's missing proper nesting ability.
i want to create the following topology:
it -- computers
| |------ new install
| |------ mouse problem
| |------ keyboard problem
|-- emails
|-------new mailbox
|------ change alias

the only way i found to accomplish that is by nesting help topics and using custom form with lists but imagine i have 5 top level options and to each one of them i have 5 2nd level options and for each one of them i have 10 3rd level options, the list of nested help topics will be too long and too cluttered.

is there way to solve this ?

This is not a feature in osTicket at this time. You would have to mod the core files to achieve this.

    There was talk about this being a feature in 2.0, but I have not heard for sure if it will be.
    There is no release date for 2.0 at this time.
