Hello. 😃

Just figured out that osticket isn't mobile responsive after I used my smartphone and visited my installation.
Do you guys have an idea how one can fix that/which files needs to be modified to get osticket working properly on mobiles?

Thanks a bunch in advance for the help. 👍

Kind regards

You would need to edit the css files yourself, or use a 3rd party Theme Mod.

Thank you for your reply ntozier.

Which css files and where are they located?
Do I have to do it both on the client side and the private side?

Thank you.

If I remember correctly:

Users
/assets/default/css

SCP (Staff Agent Control Panel)
/scp/css/scp.css

You can always use something like Chrome Developer tools to see what objects are controlled by what files.
