Hi,

Can we set up somehow the Ticket List table to show when a new Internal Note is posted on a ticket? At the moment only when the customer replies, we can see the ticket is updated.
It would be great for the collaboration to see this in the UI.

I am not aware of a way to do that.

Perhaps, I will write an addon to enable this information in the list or add this column type in the future releases.
The agents must be able to see the last internal note date so that they will know if they need to open and read again the thread. Internal notes are very important for collaboration work.
