ntozier OK, here some more information about the version. We use the latest language file for the Dutch language. I wasn't able (yet) to go back to the original English version. We don't use time schedules and our timezone is Europe / Amsterdam: In Settings ==> Queue page I made a new Queue called 'Closed / Last week' under queue 'Closed'with rule with rule 'Closed date' => 'Period' =. 'Last Week' The queue was saved correctly The result was not the output from the last week, but the week before the last week!. This was the preview: And this result in the Ticket screen: This was the result on monday July 27. Last week was from July 20 to 26, the week before last week was from July 13 to 19. But now, on Friday july 31 is the situation changed, my output is correct now! (I think there's something wrong with the week begin- and end settings). I will test next week if the situation is still the same.
Yesterday, august 3 2020 the response was the week before last week (July 20 to 27). Today, tuesday august 4, the response was good, from july 28 to august 2. So it seems that a week is from tuesday to monday instead of monday to sunday.
Language setting set to English, result on monday 10-8 the same, the week before last. result on tuesday as expected, last week.
Is this bug not taken serious or is it 'just' forgotten?
Upgraded to v1.14.3 and te problem still persists,
AlbertV You can try changing your Date/Time settings and maybe upgrade your PHP version to 7.2 or 7.3
Also, you might want to open issues on Github: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/issues from Advance to local default:
Date & Time options changed as suggested, without result. Setting up a system with latest Debian / PHP version (PHP 7.3) to test again. To be continued...
Upgraded to latest version OS-Ticket V1.14.5 (bb17f34), Apache/2.4.38 (Debian), MySQL 10.3.27 and PHP 7.3.19-1deb10u1. Problem still persist, only on monday get the wrong week. I will open issue on Github.
