I would like to know if there is a possibility and how to do it when a ticket is closed (closed status) to send an automatic response with an external link for evaluation (another ticket evaluation system)

Ex: department 1 - automatic response 1
department 2 - automatic response 2

only when closing ticket

This is not a feature in osTicket at this time.
osTicket does not have closing notifications, and does not have a one time alert to an external address.

You can create canned response, for example: "Ticket closed, thank you". When you're closeing ticket just use this response. If you have notification set for every new message then customer recives this canned response. You can also add Collaborators for an external mail. This is quite complicated, but it works for me🙂
