Is it possible in OSTicket when a user is selecting from the Help Topic menu to only show nested topics? For instance, the top level options might be hardware and software only. Then under hardware you would see printers, laptops, desktop. But you wouldnt see anything for software since it wasnt chosen first.

You would create a custom list.
Then you would attach the custom list to the top level help topic.
So if you Select Help Topic: Hardware
Then a list field would appear and you could select say Manufacturer. Or whatever you want to call the list.
