Although the tickets restricted per department is not displayed which is okay. But my problem is that I'm seeing the count of ticket no. of other restricted department in my queues. Below is my osticket information and screenshots of tickets & user permission. Please advise.

You are running an outdated version of osTicket 1.12.
You would want to upgrade to 1.12.6 minimum... and preferably the current stable 1.14.2.
