Hello, I have a question regarding deleting or removing users. When you remove a user from an organization, do all the tickets associated with that user get deleted or is there a way to view those tickets separately?
Tickets are owned by a user. If you could delete just a user (which last I checked you cannot do with out deleting all the tickets) then you would end up with orphaned tickets... You would want to assign the users tickets to someone else before you deleted the user if you wanted to keep the tickets (and access them to)
