Hi ,

I have created Agent in Osticket 1.12.6 and i have provided the mail id at the time of Agent creation But agent mail id are not showing under Admin Panel->Emails.
When user are generating ticket, Ticket is not showing under Ticket button, It is showing under User Tab against User name as Guest.
Please help.

Sounds like your agent account does not have access to the department that the ticket is in.
