This does not appear to be an email client... Debian is a Linux Operating system. dfsg is Debian Free Software Guidelines. etch is a version of Debian (specifically 4 released in 2007). SMTP is an email protocol (specifically for sending email).
Oh, i see, sorry, we use Mozilla Thunderbird 68.9.0 (32-bit)
If you open the email using a different email client does it look okay?
