Hi All,

I have a working osticket installation with email. When i send a email to my osticket emailadres it creates a new ticket. If a user then puts some notes in the ticket then i get a email. However when i log in as a operator and i put a reply in the ticket the user is not notify by email.

Is there a way to imlement this? or to activate this?

This is not a feature in osTicket at this time.

There are however posts here (on the forums) and at github that explain how to modify the core files to achieve this.
