Is there a way to disable sending or needing to use emails for users?
I am working with a database where our osTicket "users" are customers to our business. I think this is the correct logical approach as I would like the opportunity attach tickets to specific business customers and users are ideally meant for that. However, we cannot have emails or accidental emails sent to these customers. In other words, a name or other custom contact information, such as customer ID would be better managing users within osTicket?
How should I approach this problem?
