im khasif from malaysia and newbie to php and osticket code

currently users need to custom dashboard.php page and ajax.reports.page

i have customize the page based on users query for status 'in progress', 'closed' and 'no action' and group by tickets topic.
My user ask to custom the dashboard based on color example no action-reds, in-progress yellow etc as configure in table tickets

Need help how i able to do that.
