me uni hace poco al mundo de Osticket y a sido una herramienta fascinante,
ahora tengo el siguiente problema,
instale el plugin Audit Log y al revisar me salen duplicados de la siguiente manera,
me podrian ayudar a correguir y no se vea duplicados,

    Interesting, I cannot replicate this issue. Can you go to the database, go to the ost_audit table, and look at the milliseconds of the timestamp column for two "duplicate" records? Post a screenshot of two "duplicate" records (in the database) here for review as well.

    I'm thinking it's when the Agent clicks a ticket and responds quickly (within the same minute) which reloads back to the same ticket; that will put two records simultaneously for sure. If not, we will have to attempt to replicate your setup and try testing.
