Adding Internal Note to Assignment Email

Hi All,

I am wanting to add Internal Notes to the Assignment Email but I am unable to. Any ideas?

osTicket Version v1.14.1 (f1e9e88) — v1.14.2 is available
Web Server Software Apache/2.4.41 (Win64) OpenSSL/1.1.1c PHP/7.4.3
MySQL Version 10.4.11
PHP Version 7.4.3

Hey Ntozier,

I am wanting the internal notes that are written on a ticket to be emailed when the ticket is transferred to another user or team. They currently get an email when the ticket is assigned to them (by the ticket assignment alert) but i cant work out how to get the internal notes to work in the Ticket Assignement Alert. the %{note} works in other alerts just not this one

So you're wanting the Last Internal note that was posted to be included in the Assignment Alert?? Or are you saying you want the note within the Assign box to be included? If you want the note within the Assign box, simply use %{comments} as @ntozier suggested.

Also, please note that the Supported Variables box says Please note that non-base variables depend on the context of use.. So it could be that Note isn't available for this template (as it's a non-base variable).
