I've got a one.com domain but if I sent a mail to ticket@mydomain.nl the ticket doesn't show up in the system. What am I doing wrong?
Well my first thought is that *@one.com doesn't mean that it has anything to do with *@mydomain.nl. Maybe you want to give us some more information about your setup, such as email settings, your scheduled polling, etc
