Hello
I have ticket filter rules:
Actions: Set department
and test with user have "Internal Notes" = HCM
I Save change and clear all cache on server and test submit ticket with test user have "Internal Notes" = HCM. And filter not working, its not set Department to "Tech HCM"
How can I fix ? Thanks all
