So I have my SMTP details saved in there correctly and I receive the majority of the notifications that I have a new ticket but at least 1-2 a day there is a ticket or 2 that I didn't get notified about through my SMTP outgoing setup. I have done a lot of test diagnostic emails as well and I receive all of them just fine. I am not sure why I am not being notified about 100% of the emails assigned to me.
