We are having an issue where we are sometimes getting duplicated tickets coming in from email.
We are set up in Windows. I have a Task Scheduler job set to run every minute to check for tickets (5 different tasks, each running once every 5 minutes). I have the task terminating if it takes longer than 1 minute to complete.
I would say somewhere around 5-10% of our tickets are duplicated when they come in. It wasn't a big deal until now since we a now more outward facing with parents logging tickets more and more.
I did reduce the task scheduler down to 1 task for 5 minutes, but we still got the duplicates.
We are using Gmail for our email host.
Any thoughts? Any other information needed?
