Hi, I would like to ask if possible a custumization on the core in order to enable in the user view in which all the tickets listed are present, a column in which "Assigned to: Agent X" appears on his ticket.
This function should be enabled and disabled for:
liv_0: not priority, general settings -> show / hide
liv_1: intermediate, specific ORGANIZATION settings -> show / hide
liv_2: PRIORITY, general settings of each individual user -> show / hide
So if:
liv_0: hide
liv_1: hide
liv_2: show
the user who opened the ticket with level 2 showed in the view can see this column in the view.
Is it possible to have an assessment of the cost of this implementation?
The implementation should not be overwritten / lost in future updates.
Can you provide an economic evaluation?
