Is possibile to send an automated email on close ticket to link a survey for our customer?
Now I send a canned response when I close ticket but my staff not always remind to select the canned response.

If you can't use the Canned Response feature then you will have to modify the code to accomplish what you are looking to do. We currently do not have a feature/integration that supports surveys, ratings, etc. With this being said, it is something on our Feature Request List for possible future development as it's been requested before.

Ok I prefer not to modify the code so that I can updare osticket to any future versions.
Alternately you could develop the email notification on close ticket, so that we can edit the email template and insert the link of survey or something other.

Hello partners, I had the same need to create a form for evaluating the service. This way I developed one on OsTicket, without the need to configure another platform. If anyone wants to use it or the community administrators, I'm available.

    Your best bet right now is to use a third party survey site (like survey monkey or the like) and embed the URL into a Canned Response in osTicket,

    In osTicket you would create a "Close with Survey" canned response, and when an Agent is going to close a ticket they would select that canned response, select Closed in the status change drop down, and send the response to the User.
