Morning team, hope you guys stay healthy.

I have this strange behavior with the ticket email alerts - sometimes the sender is the name defined in the osticket console, and sometimes the sender is the name set up in exchange.
example:
ostitc@domain.com has email name = XXtestAddressXX in osticket control panel
in exchange the name is set to ostitc

for business reasons the names are to staay different in exchange as opposed to the one in the osticket control panel
we have 4 different email addresses, the behavior is the same for each of them

You are running an old version, please upgrade to current (1.14.2) and see if the issue still exists.
