Change agent profile phone formatting
Go to: Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Contact Information
Locate Phone Number.
Click the Config button for it.
You can change it from Display Format: United States to --Unformatted--.
I do not think that you can change the format other wise currently as it is hard coded.
I believe that there is a plan to have language packs offer the formats for phone in the future.
this does not work to change the agent's profile phone
Gonna need a little more to go on than "this does not work". It should change the phone number to whatever it was with out formatting.
