Once inside a ticket, the messages are displayed with the newest at the bottom. Can this be change so newer messages are at the top (and you don't need to constantly scroll down to the bottom of each ticket!)

I'm not aware of a way to do this anymore. Older versions you could pretty easily by modding the core files.

Of course the system auto-scrolls you to the latest entry... so you do not have to scroll at all.

That thread is from 11 years ago. My guess is that it was probably for 1.6 or 1.7. It will not work as written for 1.14.1.

You can select this option in the your preferences in the Thread View Order section.

Oh yeah! Go to your Agent profile (upper right) and then click on the Preferences tab.
