Im back to this osticket system and i was searching for a custom report like Scottro did years ago.
I didnt find nothing so i did it my self.

    FYI the @scottro "Report mod" became the "Report Plugin" over at software-mods[dot]com when plugins became a thing.

    You might want to post your mod here to the forums in case anyone else wants to use it.
