Estoy tratando de leer este informe que me da Osticket, pero no entiendo si lo cuenta en dias, hora o minutos,
de igual manera no entiendo porque dice que hay 103 asignados si solo han llegado 85.

No estoy diciendo que sea un error, solo que no entiendo como cuenta el tiempo.

According to the documentation it is measured in hours.

As a reminder the Dashboard is not live data, it is historical data. Also Number of tickets does not have anything to do with how many times tickets have been assigned. A single ticket could be assigned an nigh infinite amount of times.
