I'm using 1.10 with the German language pack and tried to upgrade to 1.11 or higher.
I have the problem that some very important translations are missing.
I downloaded the translation phar file from the web site and it shows mit that version unter 'overview':
de — include/i18n/de.phar
Version: 154948, for version v1.10
Erstellt: Wed, 06 Feb 19 21:18:23 +0000

There is no difference if I'm downloading the latest version 1.14 or 1.12 together with the language pack.

I opened the phar file with an editor and I can see this version informations:
'Build-Date' => 'Wed, 06 Feb 19 21:18:23 +0000',
'Phrases-Version' => '1.10',
'Build-Version' => 'v1.11',
'Build-Major-Version' => '1.10',
'Language' => 'de_DE',
'Id' => 'lang:de',

For me it seems that this is not the right version for 1.11.
Would it be possible to get a actual version for 1.11 or higher?

    stephan1 I have downloaded the language files but I have the same problem as described here:

    The problem that user was facing is that they downloaded the translation files from the translation web site and could not get them to work. You cannot download a working translation file from crowdin. Language packs are distributed from osticket.com/download, click on Language Packs.
