Placeholder Text Showing HTML Tags

Hi there
When creating a Ticket the placeholder text in the input field is showing html tags (<p>). Is it possible to remove them? Even when I leave the placeholder text blank in the form configuration it shows <p><br></p> in the input field.

OS Ticket v.1.14.1
Apache 2.4.4.1
PHP 7.3.12
MariaDB 10.4.10
running on Wampserver 3.2.0
Windows 10 pro

This is a bug.

Right now, You would have to find the information in the database and correct it at the database level.

I'm working on a patch to resolve this. We should be stripping any tags from Help Text from any ThreadEntry field (Ticket Issue Details, Task Description, etc.) as it is placed in the placeholder attribute which cannot render HTML. When the patch is released and you find a field that is still showing tags, all you would need to do is re-save the content and it will be fixed moving forward. I will post the patch here when complete.
