How to show summary of tickets as agents summary report, user summary report, SLA wise summary report

How to show agentwise summary report, userwise summary report, SLA wise summary report to admin

    osTicket does not have the concept of "Reports".

    You have the Dashboard at Agent panel -> Dashboard for statistics.

    If you are looking for more reports you would have to buy the Reports Plugin from software-mods or roll your own solution.
