Hey @apaz I've read here: https://forum.osticket.com/d/96419-user-view-can-t-view-assigned-agent that you were interested in featuring the name of the agent working on the ticket in the end-user tickets list.. I am also interested in this and I was wondering if you managed to do it in the end and if you could share your work?

You would still have to alter the code to add that column to the display.
