Do you have: Admin panel -> Settings -> Agents Agent Identity Masking enabled?
ntozier I have this option disable but what I want is that in user view where all the tickets are listed have a column where it appears "Assigned to: Agent X" so the user knows what agent has his ticket
Then they can click on their ticket and see who responded.
If you want to add a column you will have to alter the core files to display that column.
