Hello All i'm having problems trying to upgrade OS Ticket from v 1.10.4 to v 1.10.7. Ideally i'd like to upgrade to the lastest version - 1.14.1, but I'm guessing I can't upgrade directly to this version? When clicking on the upgrade option it presents me with 2 versions - v 1.12.5 or v 1.14.1. I'm all new to this and even though I've tried following the instructions on the OS Ticket website and looked at the Youtube videos on how to upgrade, I require further help in what I need to do? I've attached a file for our current OS Ticket system setup. Many Thanks - Russell Dobbs.

    russelldobbs You can go directly to 1.14.1 without the need to apply 1.10.7. It's really easy too:

    • back up your existing installation, including the database just in case (don't skip this step!)
    • download 1.14.1 from osticket.com/download - don't grab anything from Github
    • extract the files and upload them to your server, ensuring you overwrite all files in the existing installation
    • log in to the admin panel at yourosticketinstallation/scp and follow the prompts to upgrade the database

    Once done, you're now on 1.14.1! It's very unlikely that anything will go wrong, but if it does you can grab any error logs to post here and then restore your backup.

    EDIT: you might want to upgrade to PHP 7.x as well, I think 7.3 is the 'best' supported version for osTicket 1.14.1
