With out screen shots demonstrating the problem it would be impossible for us to troubleshoot the problem if there actually is one.

Reminder: Language packs do not translate the entire UI. Things like Custom Queues need to be translated by the admin.

You do not appear to be using the Polish language at all.
Have you change your Agent user profile to use a different language than English?

    Is it possible, that phar file is incorrect ?

    @dominic89

    Did you clear all cache and cookies after switching from French to Polish? Also did you try setting Profile language to some other language and then setting it back to Polish or System Default?

    Cheers.

    @dominic89

    Using v1.14.1, downloaded the Polish language pack from our website, and I cannot replicate your issue:

    Must be caching issues or something.

    Cheers.

      Ok, I test it in other internet browser - on the same pc's or on the other. The issue still exists.
      Is it posibble, that's problem is in my hosting server ?
      (I use special virtual machine to test).

      2 months later

      After Update to v1.14.2
      on Ubuntu 18.04.4
      PHP 7.2.x
      same problem here - many tests no result... until
      restart apache - voilรก - its working again ๐Ÿ™‚

      I have the same Problem. Is there a solution?

      @dominic89 @webmurkser @W00dy

      The issue was during a short span the download manager was borked whiched caused some file combinations to be broken. You should be able to download JUST the language pack itself and it should work. In the meantime, if you guys send me the download combinations you are trying (ie. v1.14.2 + Italian + FS Plugin, etc.) we can take a look at those specific cases.

      Cheers.
